Since the Beginning the Mill City Jr. Maulers have worked very hard at Self improvement
Our Story:
Mill City Youth Football
& Cheer began in Dec. 2006 by 8 individuals wanting a better program for our children. We worked hard to create
& file appropriate local & state required paperwork. We received donations of Equipment & purchased all
new equipment through our fundraising & registration funds. We ended the season with no outstanding debts.
Our first year we had 125 children enrolled in the program. With
the support of our coaching staff we were able to turn two teens from gang life to getting good grades in school & a healthy
life away from gangs. Our scholastic winner, Jamie won $5,000 towards High School and is currenlty attending St.
John's Prep.
Our second year, we enrolled 150 kids in the program, our
fundraising & registration funds allowed us to purchase new equipment & uniforms. Our scholastic winner, Chelsea
won $500 scholarship & $2,000 a year to any NH College.
Every year we successfully
put on our Family Fun Day with games and sport events to kick off the season.
We
look forward to what 2010 brings!
